On December 27th, the 40th Chinese Antarctic Expedition sent a New Year congratulatory message to all staff members of our school via fax and telegram, expressing sincere holiday greetings and heartfelt gratitude to all staff members of our school.

The 40th Chinese Antarctic Expedition Team set sail from Shanghai on November 1st aboard the Xuelong, Xuelong 2, and Tianhui ships. Our school's teachers, Cui Rongjian, Li Erxi, and Wu Jun, participated as navigation professionals to ensure the safety of ship navigation and operations. We believe that they will use solid professional knowledge to assist researchers in conducting ocean surveys and polar operations, and successfully complete the Antarctic scientific expedition.
